In the coming days and months due to Omicron variant and the impact it is having on the health of our staff there could be unplanned service disruptions. Syme Woolner Neighbourhood and Family Centre (SWNFC) is a not-for-profit charitable organization providing direct services and programs to the residents of the York/Weston area of Toronto. SWNFC works towards a healthy, supportive and inclusive community. At Syme Woolner, our small but mighty team is shifting our resources during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) towards essential services. We will continue to provide the following services:
