Average Weekly Food Program Highlights during COVID-19
Syme Woolner Neighbourhood and Family Centre (SWNFC) is a not-for-profit charitable organization providing direct services and programs to the residents of the York/Weston area of Toronto. SWNFC works towards a healthy, supportive and inclusive community. At Syme Woolner, our small but mighty team is shifting our resources during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) towards essential services. We will continue to provide the following services:
