Summer Day Camp 2025!
To register your child for summer camp, please download and fill out the following form, then email the completed form to youthdept@symewoolner.org. Please complete one form per child if multiple children will attend the summer camp. Please also ensure an e-transfer payment is sent to syme.youth@symewoolner.org to ensure registration is complete!
